Time of delivery

Products purchased on the www.store.jeep.com website are normally delivered within 5 working days from the order date in Italy, and within 8 days for all other destinations.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.

Shipments to the Middle East – Update
Please be informed that, following the closure of certain logistics networks in the Middle East region, pickup and delivery times for the following countries cannot currently be guaranteed: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Lebanon and Qatar.
